How will existing SN+ members be notified of their renewal date? What's the process?

According to my welcome letter, my membership expired at the end of April. I've not recieved an E-mail yet, so should I be waiting for one, or should I have applied using one of the User CP options?

 

Anyone? A hint? Purrleeeeaaase?

For everyone who signed up prior to May 2003, we've extended the renewel date for a couple of weeks as a thank you

An email should be going out within the next few days.

To receive your pack, you MUST enter your address details on-line (even if you have received a pack via the older SN website).

I have had my reminder and want to renew....but paypal wouldn't let me for some reason....I am apparently already a paypal memeber but as I couldn't remember the password it took me through a process that eventually ended up asking for details I didn't want to hand out...so they are sending a password reset via post from the states...about 2 weeks....
My question is about the payment methods allowed...The site seems to suggest you have an option of payment methods but all I can get is paypal....I'm more than happy to pay by visa,but can't seem to find the link....CAN YOU HELP?....

I noticed last night that the google ads were back... I've just realised that it's because I'm now a regular member .... I've not had a mail or a PM about re-subscription....

How do I do it - cos I'd like too, please.....

Deepest apologies to those who did not receive an email. I really don't know why that is as it is a completely automatic system, so if one person got a reminder, everyone should have.

Apologies all the same.

Paypal is currently the only method available sorry.

If you really are having trouble, email shaun@scoobynet.co.uk and he MAY be able to work out another method. In addition we are looking at implimenting a more standard online gateway for credit cards, but it takes around 3 - 4 weeks to get the whole thing set-up.

Not an issue : I'll still seem to be a Plus Member at the moment, for the moment anyway....

Only problem is, I've no idea when it'll run out !

 

Not had a mail or PM yet, but I've just re-paid my subscription for a year - thanks chaps..
