Default P1 owners with WR1 orders..

will any of my fellow P1 owners with WR1 orders out there admit to being a bit hesitant of doing the change after "the article" (which I have not read only heard about)......?

I'm a P1 owner that thought about the WR1, in fact if IM hadn't made it so hard, I might have a deposit down. I won't unless I can drive one first and I suspect I'm more of a spec c type myself.

I tried to put in an order, but as a point of principle, I refused to phone all the dealers. So I phoned IM. As they couldn't even be a*sed to phone me back, I can't be a*sed to buy one!

just something else to get the blood boiling, you can buy one on the net for £27,700 !! I tried to order via subaru - dealer did call me back but was more interested in selling me a silver STI (he couldnt get shot of) and promised to make it look like a WR1 with wheels, grill etc, guess he forgot the small issue with the colour!

One dealer (whose opinion I respect ) told me not to bother...

Sounds like the dealer was trying to do you a favour by trying to push the silver one in your direction

My P1 has already been sold to make way, Maybe it won't maybe it will be a good enough replacement... again it depends what your looking for.

I think i'll be more than happy with, i'm the first to admit that I don't have the skill to get the most out of either car so to me there won't be much difference. Still exclusive, still dam quick, but with a much nicer interior and the new car feel.
