Not that any of you are stupid enough to drive fast in built up areas, but be especially cautious with your speed limit in the Morley Area, in the last 2 days I have seen over 15 Patrol cars parked in side streets leading to the main roads.

Cheers Maddy, spotted more than usual in Wakey lately, too.
Had one on the new Selby bypass yesterday. The road's only been open a few days, has a national speed limit in force, and is a very nice sweeping curve for most of it's length.
Went down it in the Evo yesterday, approaching an unmarked van parked in a lay-by with the back door open at bang on 60. The poor sod looked gutted, he must have been watching me for about half a mile and thought 'We'll 'ave this 'un lads, one 'o them newfangled Mitsubaru things'

watch out as well for a lot of activity on tax dodgers (not that you'd know anyone, of course

most mornings there's a traffic car on the way into Huddersfield with them watching - not at a place you can speed and there's been a lot pulled over. I haven't seen the mini tripod yet but they're looking down at something - it's not laser/radar trapping.
have seen them in quite a few other places around the area too..

Nice to see so many resources being used to catch hardened dangerous criminals and protecting the masses from their evil doings.
BTW, anyone heading in/out Wakey on the A650 from J41 M1 be very careful. The limit is down to 30 from 70 due to bridge works, and the area is always teaming with cops as they have a base in the industrial estate and their heliocopeter is based there IIRC. On such a wide open stretch of dual carriageway 30 feels like a funeral procession. Oh, and I didn't go down there at a silly speed last night at all
