Default Turbo upgrade My93?

What would be the best turbo upgrade on a my93 WRX, that would bolt straight on with no hastles.

I'm after a turbo that will keep going to a higher rpm than the standard.

At the moment im using a small rusted up turbo, not sure what number

Thanks

Assuming your car has an original TD05 then it is unlikely that this "small rusted up turbo" is holding your car back. Unless you are already over 350bhp that is !

is it a wagon? the WRX wagons only have smaller TD04 turbos. TD05 from 94-96 uk impreza, or 92-96 WRX should be your first call.

LOL Well if it is a TD05 or TD04 then it can be reconditioned for a fraction of the cost of a new/hybrid turbo. If you are aiming for somewhere between 280 and 350 bhp then the TD05 is arguably the best turbo for the job. Under 280 and you would be as well with a TD04 for earlier boost.
