From: Nottinghamshire : Out the flat 4 and in the V8
After my first meet, and going too slowwwwww
, now seriously concidering adding a PPP to my STI.
Question : does the mpg go down or as some poeple have idicated actully go UP ??
I'm getting around 24mpg via manly motorway use, and can't really do it if it goes much lower , as I'm doing 500 miles a week
Anyone got any proof on this or I'd like to just take a poll even
Thanks
Dave

Dave,
Yes my STi02 PPP did improve by at least 2mpg
but unlike you all my miliage is done in Urban areas.
At 15 mpg before and 17mpg after PPP this must be attribruted to it's higher Torque and I do less changing down to get it to go
With yours already at 24mpg may not effect you. but if increased by just 1 mpg you'd could save about £200+ a year.
