difference between a WRX and an STI inlet manifold

Lightbulb difference between a WRX and an STI inlet manifold

Is there a difference between a WRX and an STI inlet manifold classic shape impreza ?
Is it better in anyway ?

Phase 1 and Phase two manifolds are different but STi and other variants are the same ie all Ph 1 are the same but different to all Ph2 apart from the red paint which is worth at least 50bhp and a load of hot air down the pub!!!

API red crackle, which we do to all STi's when rebuilding them is worth FAR more than 50 horsepower and we don't charge for it.

Hows that for a deal?

Harveys right, like for like agewise there's no difference in the manifolds except for the paint - see above.

Red inlet manifold on a P1 and silver on my RB5, There is a difference in size/shape after the throttle body if you look at them side by side (both ph2 obviously!)
