Default puff of blue smoke on startup

any ideas....could this be valve stem oil seals ???

It doesn't do this all the time, only occasionally, but when it does it is noticeable. the car has only 30k miles on it.

whith stem seals you tend to get a puff of blue smoke if you idle the car for a long time then rev it, sounds like a little oil seeping past the rings to me?

have u checked your turbo but i agree if it is just on starting in the morning most likely oil leaking past the stem seals they might have hardened up with little use or not reg oil change
