can anyone tell me the best insurer for a japanese import the car is a my94 wrx wagon with cat 1 alarm & tracker, i will be 26 at renewal time with 6 yrs ncd . i currently pay £1100 with privelege.

Do you mean best customer service, or best price?

Best price will vary massively on your personal circumstances: you may find that someone with almost the same details is paying hundreds more (or less) dependent upon post code, or something like that...

Try the usual suspects.

Mines a wrx, im insured with them.

 

Tesco do imports but they require a tracker fitted as compulsory. Adrian Flux, Tett Hamilton, Norwich Union (through a broker) and A - Plan are a few more of the top of me head.
