Unhappy AP Racing Organic clutch - should it judder? HELP!

Hey guys, had an AP Racing Organic clutch, new flywheel and sti spigot release thingy fitted 5 weeks ago for a princely sum.

First 500 miles - incredibly smooth.

Then some minor judder on pullaway, after say 30mins + driving.

Now, some major judder, some minor, and none - usually after some 30 mins plus of driving.

Drive for an hour - this is through town of course - start and stop... and major car shaking judder.

Pretty much inconsistent, except that "usually" fine for initial 30 mins.

HELP... Should this be happening... at all?

What makes a clutch judder? Heat? Something wrong? Ill fitment ?

Please advise before I go back to fitter - I dont want to be fobbed off, or uninformed / unaware of how it "should be".

So... Please some experineced advice appreciated v. much.

Otherwise the light fly does seem to help acceleration

Cheers in advance

John

I've just fitted the same clutch to my Stiv3. Stock flywheel, no refacing. The AP org is very similar to the stock Sti unit. Mine is sooooper smooooth and light. Take it all back as this unit is usually trouble free. Might be it needs bedding to the flywheel. Was the wheel new or refaced/machined light? If so, they are a bugger to do!
