45 degree silicon reducing hose - anyone know who i can try???

I wondered if anyone might know of where i can get one of these from.
I have tried Samco and they only make straight reducers, or 90 degree reducers. They have quoted me £150 + VAT for the tooling, then another £50 for the price of hose.
I need an ID of 80mm at one end, and 70mm at the other, in samco blue if possible.
There was a company in Oxfordshire, but can't remember their name.
