Unhappy Strange buzzing noise at 100mph - faulty fuel pump?....

Took the motor out this morning on my mates farm to see how quick it is....

Anyway, when I got to 100mph + a loud buzzing noise started from behind the passenger side of the dash, when i backed off (under 100mph) it stops, it only seems to happen at 100mph +

What could this be? Could it be the fuel pump? Is it in the engine compartment or is it mounted where the fuel tank is?....

I'm a bit worried about this noise as it doesn't sound good!

Can anyone help?

Matt.

Check window and windscreen seal.Partly detached seal can cause strange noise at that speed and drag as well.

It's definately not the windows/windscreen, it's definately coming from under the bonnet on the passenger side... It's a bit worrying... Not sure what to do about it....

fuel pump is under the boot floor m8, in the tank.

all of my RAs have made that noise, never figured out what it was, but am reckoning the seals were to blame...
