CLifford Wireless fuel guard! :(
be warned. it might save someone a LOT of bother if I post this now..
I posted this and it was doing my head in.. thought all kinds of things were going wrong..

The bloody wireless fuel guard was at fault! got it removed, and phone up local alarm co' (Car Electronics Ltd in Castle Boulevard,Nottingham) and asked how much for a replacement.. and they said..
Them- "Sorry. we don't sell the unit."
me- "what? how do you mean?"
Them- "we have too many fail, and customers then get stranded at airports etc.. we no longer advise customers to have it fitted as its such a pain in the ****.."
Me- "so I shouldnt bother at all??"
them- "exactly. save your money."
I was STUNNED.
SO there you go peeps.. if you WFG fails your voltage to your pump will be fluctuating wildly and causing all kinds of problems with the fuelling..
I thought my LINK was broken, but no.
