French motorway tolls: how much?

Approximately how much do you get stung at each toll booth, in a Transit and a 7.5 tonner?

It's charged on a per KM basis, I only ever do them in my car and it's f*cking expensive for any decent distance. For example from the border with Spain to Calais costs about £50.

Came from Avignon to Calais last year in a motorhome. Similar size to a transit. Cost me about E120.00 for about 600 miles.
