I drive a ver7 sti and was wondering what kind of mileage an average sti motor would serve before throwing in the towel. What's you experience?

I think the main message which will come back is "as long as a piece of string".
As long as its serviced on time, oil changed regularly, warmed up, cooled down, loved, cared for, cherished, pampered, kissed...............(I`ll stop now) it should last a long long time.
