exhaust guide valves

Don't know if anyone can help our not?
I'm currently having a top end re-build on my 94 Legacy turbo & having great difficultly trying to locate a new exhaust guide valve with a 6.5mm stem.
Or do you know of someone that could make one for me?
I'm told by Subaru Uk that there are none in stock in either the UK or Japan.
