Yes , something must have pierced it, a pinhole really, lucky to have noticed it as it almost drained the coolant! Must pay GBP 220 for new one. Can it be repaired, welded, glued?
Cheers

Stelios,

Sorry to hear about your radiator m8. I don't know if it can be repaired though.

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?

is it in the metal or the plastic?? if it is in the plastic then you could have it platic welded.. but if in the metal then there is no way you could weld that.. it would just make a bigger hole.. you could try soldering it?? Personally I think I would just replace the radiator. There are additives for sealing radiators.. but I wouldnt recommend them!

some times if you can see what pipe in the rad the hole is in you can pinch it shut either side of the hole. never tried it so dont know if it really works though. probably only a get you home fix

Hi Stelios

Sorry to hear about your problem mate but in my opinion don't "play" with such essential thinks like radiator!
It is better to pay 220 GBP or XXXXXXX GBP for a new rebuild?
Go for a new one, as we (the Greeks) say "the expensive is also cheap" I think you know what I mean...

Regards
Jim
