What turbo has my MY98 type R got and what power is acheivable
To my knowledge ive got a VF24 turbo on my 1998 type r i might be wrong but if this is the case what sort of power is acheivable with this turbo.According to the FAQ they are 300ps as standard so 300 bhp must be easily acheivable.Any ideas peeps?

It is a VF24, mine is putting out 300 bhp with a full decat. A Link ECU will probably take it to 320 ish, and I think from memory, it will start to run out of puff at that point.
Depends on how far you want to go. Anything over 340 ish and you will have to take a serious look at the brakes and most of the drivetrain.
