Question

I will write it as the advert is and see if you can help me,

STi ECU for a 1998/2000 subaru, with prodrive warrenty number 00224 £????

and the other advert

STI v5 Type R Turbo VF289812IHI PN: 14411AA291 £????

Will any of these parts fit MY1997 uk turbo or should i just let it?? much help needed people

Assuming the ECU is a MY98 PPP ECU (it had an STi label) then yes it will plug straight in, but you will need to get the immobiliser reprogrammed for your keys.

The turbo will bolt straight on, but, you will probably need to use a MBC/EBC to control boost.

I would check to see if the ECU is also from an STi 5. I suspect the "'98-2000" is a late '98, making it a Phase 2, and it won't fit a '97 car.
