Question

On my 1987 GL 1.8L 2Bbl engine, I was removing the intake to facilitate changing the power steering pump bracket. Well, as always happens, trouble reared its head. The front bolt on the passenger side broke off in the manifold at the head and is aparently corroded to the manifold. I can see it moving with the manifold, which is loose from the engine, except for that bolt. Anybody have any ideas on how to get it out without drilling the entire length of it? Drilling is a risky operation, especially that long of a distance. I would prefer not to ruin the manifold with the drill running off the bolt, which is harder then the manifold around it. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, it is currently soaking in PB Blaster with the hopes it will come loose.
