At least that's what people keep telling me !
Sorry - need to get this off my chest....

Visited some friends the other day and we used my car for a short trip to the curry place. They got in and started going on about how low it was, and then when it was time to get out it was like getting arthritic OAPs out of their armchairs... these are people in their 30's ! The conversation actually went along the following lines:

Them: What's this then.. S U B A R U What's a Subaru ?
Me: A Japanese performance car.
Them: Oh. Why is it so low ?
Me: Low ? I dunno, looks normal to me.
Them: But you get down into it.
Me: Pretty much like any other normal car then...
Them: But that's really low...
etc etc.

One of them thought that in his Focus he was sitting pretty low, but he couldn't believe how low the Scoob was. I know you sit IN it rather than ON the seat, but you'd think they'd never seen anything other than a stupid off-roader... (actually that's probably it - their main car is a Toyota Previa where you climb up into it like a bus).

Ok, that feels better, I've had a whinge. I still think it is normal.

Its a MY98 with the 'Prodrive handling kit' which probably makes it 20-30mm lower than standard.

All the tyres are pumped up, and the seats haven't collapsed !

(I replied earlier, but Scoobynet died. Wasn't me, honest...)
