just filled up with bp's newest stuff cos they don't sell super unleaded now...anybody any views? bp rep at garage when i was there and he reckons it's better than optimax....but he would!!

 

Don;t touch it unless you can't get Optimax.
The knocklink illuminates much more when I use the orrible BP stuff.

Yeh..... Forking Expencive! its 4-5p PL more expencive than Shell.

 

I phoned the support line on the leaflet and was told its not been graded yet but they're hoping for 98 RON, but until its been confirmed its not worth risking it as it could be 97 or worse!

I've used it twice on my tek'd 99 turbo (which overfuels like mad anyway), knock is showing nothing and feels like super unleaded!

Optimax is your man still I think!

 

I work for bp and trust me it's only just 97ron , get optimax!

 

I used it once and well......................erm never again, optimax gives my scoob a lot of get up and go in lower revs but i find esso sul is the best for my scoob as i gives an even smooth power delivery all the way to redline
