Thumbs down

Does anyone know where to go when a dealer is not prepared to accept warranty work carried out by them is sub-standard?

Can i take the car elsewhere and ask another dealer to carry out the work or do i have to continue to deal with the circus that originally carried out the work?

I cant imagine subaru will authorise the work again.

Can anyone recommend any dealers in the central belt?

thanks in advance for any help

Been to Town & County by any chance? If they have been the problem then try Kenneth Melville at Errol. They are on the Perth/Dundee road, cant miss them. Not used them myself but my dad has had work done there and it was cheaper than Perth and work was spot on.He has an Impreza too by the way.
Might find you should call Subaru Assist, the warranty side of Subaru, and tell them your story.
Hope this helps.

I have only used AF Noble for servicing and found them to be very good. Have had some poor dealings with Morrisons in Camelon, so would not take my car there under any circumstance. My mates bugeye wrx wagon was in Morrisons for some crash repairs and spent 3months there getting repaired !!! and it was not heavy crash damage

Strange, that sounds very similar to my experiences with T & C Morrisons and Nobles, unfortunately nobles isn't very handy for me/
Looks like a day off work is the only way to get work done properly.
