Big thanks to Danny who actually drove to my house so I could have a ride in his Linked car.A top car it is to thanks to the Link,STi suspension,ALK,and AP brakes.Oh and the driver was'nt too bad either! Now I've had a number of offers from guys with Linked cars for a drive to help me choose between the Link and the Unichip.Anybody with a Unichip(preferably a STi) in the London/Kent/Essex who might be able to help me out?My utmost appreciation to anybody who can
p.s or are the Unichipped cars to scared to be compared to a Linked one?????!!

Steady on DS - his ego will start expanding if you praise his driving too much

I agree - impressive car though

Bloody hell mate do you have to rub it in??!! I could just about live with the sound but the wife was wingeing! Also it may be louder in my car because it's not undersealed.Without doubt though the gains are excellent,I found that when in fifth gear I no longer had to drop down to fourth to get mental acceleration.Anyway I'm glad you're happy with the purchase.Oh yeah, did you say that you had the standard downpipe; change that mate and you'll be flying!!

Find a main dealer that is sympathetic. When I had a MY99 my main dealer actually sold me a SS DP (marked up in price of course!!) and promised to honour the warranty.Have also heard of similar stories. Also since you've given them £22kish of business they should cut you some slack.Best of luck.
