Can anyone tell me which sparkplugs I should be fitting into an STi III?

dogman, the plugs i use for my 95 wrx are the ngk one's and i got mine from power engineering .

Dogman,

The NGK uprated spark plugs are the Dogs B*****s. Plug set: £44.65 from Power Engineering. The cheapest around I've seen.
