Question

I currently am using an ITG panel filter in my96 Sti,should i stay with this or fit a Blitz induction kit....

Try a search on induction kits or have a look back over the past month, there has been some interesting posts and info on this subject.

IMHO
The inducion kit will give better breathing and sounds fab! - I have found that my car pull cleanly right up the rev range, before it used to get a bit astmatic @ 6K + revs in 3,4&5th
You can keep the panel; filter & remove the resonator from the airbox which has a similar effect, i went for a P/X induction kit, touch wood no probs yet, although i am changing to their new filter as soon as it is released.

If I remember correctly the Blitz has been criticised for letting in v small dust microns and damaging the MAF.

I've just gone back to an ITG after a Blitz cone shagged my MAF not cheap

IMHO spend your money on a SS downpipe bigger gains same money
