Question

Hi, quick question, are the flow rates generally the same?

I read somewhere that the baffle inside the silencer is the same, just the exit pipe is different: i.e. very similar flow.

I was thinking there may be a difference seeing that one is designed for 280ps and the other for around 220ps.

Anyone know? this has been bugging me for a bit, I must be bored....

cheers

Justin

The STi backbox is certainly more restrictive than the PPP one.

I'm using it at the moment for the added restriction to resolve boost control issues

Looking at the OE and STi one, I'd say the muffler is the same.

Richard
