I just bought a 2001 RS, and I have racked up about 1200 miles so far. Ever since I got the car, every once in a while while accelerating, there is a single stumble or miss while accelerating. I took it back to the dealer and the mechanic had no idea and said to see if it would 'work it self out'. Needless to say I wasnt impressed with his answer. I know it isnt the famous knock sensor problem with the 97-99 RS's because I have tried the fix and found out that SUb' fixed the problem in 2000. ANyone else have a 2000 or 2001 and have an acceleration stumble? Any help would be great. THanks!
