Im currently fitting some gauges for Oil P, Oil T and Air-Fuel ratio. Ive got a few questions:

1) Which wire from the Lambda sensor is used to feed AFR gauge. Theres 3: Red, Black and White. Im told its the one with the gold pin, the other 2 have silver.

2) What size is the sump nut thread. Ideally what i'll do is use the sender as the sump nut which will avoid having to drill and tap the sump.

3) What size thread is the OE Low Oil Pressure switch. What I intend to do is run a pipe from the point where the switch is fitted to a remote sender and then back to the gauge. Is it 1/8 ??

4) The instructions for the AFR say to use a good engine earth, where would a good place be??

Hope someone can shed some light, cheers
Richie

Most of the info you have asked for was on the instructions that came with my gauges, have you read them?
The wires on my afr gauge connected to the gold terminals (white wire?) on the lambda sensor connection.
If you still get stuck, ask the supplier to help. Mine did.

Cheers Stef, it was the white wire

I was after Scooby specifics, but Im all sorted now. Im not using the same gauges as you as mine are elect/mech (opposite way round to yours).

Out of interest, where does your AFR sit at full boost, what sort of temps do you run and what sort of pressure?? Im expecting it to be high at start up.

Thanks again

Rich

My afr sits well into rich on full boost, my boost peaks at about 15psi (1 bar), my oil pressure at idle is 100psi when cold and 40psi when warm (whilst driving it's about 85psi) and my oil temp sits around 175 F.
