Can anyone tell me how hard it is to remove an FSE valve from a MY95 WRX ?

I have one fitted by previous owner and im getting a scoobyecu next weekend. Havent got the budget for a custom map just now and have to admit it drinks fuel worse than expected.

So best bet is to wave goodbye to it..

Any ideas, parts that I need etc ?

PS not sure if 1:1 or rising one not sure how to tell, last owner stated it was set up on rolling road with a guage..
