Is there a restrictor between airbox and turbo, or is it a straight through pipe?
(MY98).

ric, my 93 wrx has a plastic 'box' in the intake pipe between the airbox and the intercooler inlet. This would seem to be some kind of resonator and it also has a breather pipe attached to it. I don't know if it is restrictive or not, I was going to try and manufacture an alloy pipe to replace it but I never got round to it.
