I do believe that there are quite a few Scooby owners who live in Isreal if you do a search you might find some and then ask someone to give you a ride

I only owned my first car when I was 26 and my first New car, Subaru STi7UK, when 47. So keep dreaming as it can happen although for me a bit late in life but better late than never
