Goin to have a look at one at the weekend. Is there anything to look for and common problems or faults to check for?..

aye, common problem, you get violent shakes from your license as it quivers in the back of your wallet. Could be misconstrued as road vibration.

check it's history & if yer tormenting previous owner check what fuel he's been running it on as type R's dont like much other than top dollar optimax & if possible booster too or a retune of course. Erm can't think of too much beyond wot you'd ususally check for but it does have a few extra toys such a adjustable diff you'd wana check work & also havent resulted in nasty back end out crashes lol Seriously thou tiz a mucho extreme & lush scoob if in doubt or u aint confident with either yer abilities or the cars appearance get it checked by a specialist i'm sure u wana spend all money on a decent car rather than testing it but mistakes now WILL COST YOU LARGE!
