where to buy knocklink

howdy...
a mate of mine is after a knocklink. he already has the sensor and just wants the display unit. where sells these?
he's tried
- brdevelopments (but they wont sell him one without the sensor and connector which he already has)
- jap innovations (sold out until december)
anywhere else?
