Has anyone ever had the feeling that when they change from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd that sometimes it feels like another rod is being thrown across the path of the gear lever moving?

Sunil,

My gearbox is notchy from 1st to 2nd, but this feels more like the syncro. 2nd to 3rd is always fine.

Maybe you have a selector problem...

back to trusty B&C....
