Should I book my car in with this outfit? any good/bad experiences with them? It's a bit of a trek for me so I need to be sure they're gonna do a good job.

I certainly would. I've had my car serviced there from the 60k service onwards (almost at the 82.5k now), along with the fitment of other mods. The drive might be a bit far for you, but the price of the servicing, etc.... should certainly compensate for that.

I'm sure other people on here will sing Len's praises as well.

The only thing you might need to think about is the warranty issue, but if the car is outside of the warranty then I wouldn't think twice about it.

Thanks Scott, have done a search and only found good things written about them, just wondered what opinions are out here currently.

all I will add is "take your sarnies with you"

theres nothing to do in Theale other than sit in that cafe
or walk back over the otherside of the motorway to the sainsburys savacentre.

I'll also second the motion that Len is a top bloke.

I ended up going to Len for the 45000 mile service and was well impressed, will be back for the 60,000 next year without doubt.

Just returned back from there today. I can also vouch for an excellent service and prices.

As far as things to do goes there are about 4 pubs (maybe more) in easy walking distance; grab yourself a newspaper and have some lunch, it's an easy way to kill a couple of hours.
