My 99 car dont work fine

My car has 23.000 kms and 3.000 kms ago, i can see how my car dont accelarate like before...
I can see too a sound like "plap-plap-plap-plap" at low revs (in 5º gear and 2000 revs)and the same sound at high revs (in any gear, > 5.000 revs).
I suppose that this sound come from the turbo... or may be from any valve from the right cilinders?
Can anyone tell me anything before i send the car to the garage the Monday?
