Question

hello all,the first mods to my 99my uk scoob are going to be a magnex cat pipe and back box followed by a filter of some sort probably a blitz,but where do i go from here in the search for shed fulls of torque?

My humble opinion is that the key to increasing power and torque lies solely in the ECU.

You could "follow in my footsteps" and raise the boost to 18psi using a valve (256bhp/252lb/ft I got) or just plump for a new programmable ECU.
