I am seriously thinking about buying one of these manifolds when they are available from scoobysport, I just have one question for any unbiassed expert (firefox are you out there?)

I have seen PEs claims to 40ftlb of torque and around 25 bhp but it has been quickly pointed out that these gains were on a 22B. I am wondering which type of imprezas are likely to benefit the most from this mod. I assume it would be those with a larger turbo but I was hoping for a technical explanation.

I have a MY95 WRX, it might be MY96 but model year does not always equal registration year.

Thanks in advance.

J,

I thought you were supposed to be much younger than your knowledge suggests. Maybe you are old after all going to bed at 11:45. I am 22 and shan't be asleep for at least another four hours, thats how tough I am.

Looking forward with keen anticipation to your reply. I fanyone else feels like responding, hey why not? I cant't stop you anyway.

Goodnight all.

Howdy...

Just for the record... I'm 25... *I think*

I need as much beauty sleep as possible... lol

Right then.... Equal Length headers...

This has actually been covered in another thread.

Basically, get all the other mods done first (except a remap, always do that last)... equal length headers will give more power... but not 25bhp... and not at the max point...They are expensive for what they do... but if you are after everylast bit of power.. then go for them...

I know DYNT says stick with the original item... Perhaps I should have done..and gone on holiday instead... lol

As for why they are better and how they work..refer to the other thread...

I need my cornflakes...
