MY99/00 PPP ECU
Intercooler pipes help the whole package, but these are available from Samco. Their lack will not account for much loss.
Identical in size & shape. You can put the internal board in your MY99/00 case.

You defo need to change all your pipes for the Samco ones. Otherwise at full boost the PPP ECU is very likely to blow the existing pipes to bits (especially the naff plastic 'Y' piece underneath the intercooler).

The reason I posted is that I may change what I'm doing with the car. Not sure what to do at the mo. All to do with my Job.

Sorry about that James
thanks for the e-mails but I've decided to keep the hoses for now. I may have to return the car back to standard in the new year so they may be up for grabs then. Sorry for wasting anybody's time.
cheers
Bttt for you.... the PPP ECU is a very worthwhile upgrade!

The PPP kit is "meant" to compliment each other & is mapped to that spec.
The kit consists of ECU, intercooler piping, de-cat centre and less restrictive back-box.
With those, the package gives roughly 250 bhp & 250 ft/lb of torque (give or take a bit depending on rollers etc)
The standard air-filter is quite good, hence not changed, but expect possibly 2 or 3 more bhp for the filter.
Can't really comment on the exhaust part as I don't know enough generally. If it has downpipe, then poss another 10-15.
There may be info on http://dyno.scoobynet.co.uk of simillar mods to a PPP ECU.
Certainly you should expect a good gain over a standard ECU with your current setup.
