engine differences

Can someone tell me if there is a physical difference between 260HP and 280HP WRX engines (non-sti)? or is the only difference the mapping?

260bhp and 280bhp

Different Turbocharger .. ECU .. Piston .. Crankshaft .. A number of difference.
