intercooler hoses

Do somebody have any experience in fitting the STI intercooler hose set (silicone
and aluminium hoses)?
Is it easy to fit? Is it worth the money? Where should I buy?

Howdy again...

Yes its me.... The sad person who hasnt got anyone to go to the pub with

I assume you are referring to the replacement hose from the turbo to the I/C and from the I/C to the manifold ?

Or from the airbox to the turbo ?

Unless you have to replace the standard ones (damaged) or you are running high boost (even then they are ok), then the standard ones are fine. The silicon ones will look nice though.

I have them fitted and the coolant ones.

No...nothing is original in my engine bay.... LOL

ps - PTS sell them. GGR, DT, several places... I think PTS are the cheapest ? *not sure on that*
