Warranty on RamAir?

Hello Scoobyfriends,
As I have some problems with my RamAirfilter, I called my dealer to ask if there is a warranty on the filter. At Subaru Belgium they told me that they consider Ramair as a sportsequipement, without warranty...
I called Pete Croney at Scoobysport (where I bought the filter), and he told me that I had to call Ramair in Donnington! Has somebody experiences with the enquiery-service of Ramair? Can somebody give me adres or phonenumber of Ramair?
