how much boost will a td05 handle and still be reliable? the engine(97wrx block 93inlet manifold) has cosworth pistons,arrow rods,ported and polished sti heads, ,new crank bearings ect,550cc injectors,k&n air filter,hks manifold,de cat exhaust,also a sti airflow meter and a sti ecu with a mines chip set 2 1.4 bar

once the engine is in and running i will get it set up on the rollers im just after some advice as to safe day 2 day running and what kind of bhp i'll be looking at? i also have a vf35 turbo but ive been told 2 stick with the td05 as its better is that good advice?

Some people have had problems with the Mines chips. Generally they are mapped around 100 Ron fuel, whereas the best you can get over here is 98-ish.
