Have you tried getting the bathroom scales out first?, simply place wood blocks under the other wheels of similar height.
Will give you a good approximation before you have to pay someone.

 

Good idea, but I need to be pretty spot on as I need to bring it up to weight and therefore want to make sure the it's leaded up in the right places

I've got a mate who has a set of digital corner weight scales. I've borrowed them recently and I'll give him a call tonight and see if they can be borrowed again.

They are very easy to use as they display all four corners in weight and percentage.

No problem using them and equalizing distribution, but I have yet to speak to the person concerned.
