Just wondering as Ive converted to the dark side. Seems to be no-one I really trust!

PE are very good, but their service prices are way higher that the likes of Roger Clark and TSL etc.

Triton (bournemouth) are good but didn't have a clue what the service schedule was, and dont know if they use the right fluids...

Tuning japanese have had some very bad press.

Tempted to make the trip up to Roger Clark, as they seem to be the right type of experts for the job.

I have started to use http://www.subaru4you.co.uk/ a guy called Len who has gone self employed in Theale, Berks.
Ex Subaru mechanic who knows his stuff.
He came highly recommended by other board members.

You know my thoughts on this, I still say Barretts are worth a try too. Possibly slightly nearer than RCs.
RCs were my fav by a whisker.

 

North motor company in Cheriton near Winchester are real Subaru enthusiasts who were formerly Main Subaru dealers but still retain the technicians , I have had lots of work performed by them and they don't charge rip-off hourly rates ....give them a bell on 01962 771331 you won't regret it and they will service import and UK alike.

Cheers all, Iwent ot Xtreme Scoobies in the end, and can highly recommend them. Well priced and you can chat to them while they're working on the car. Bit far but did it in just over 2 hours (apart from getting lost)
