Damaged MOMO Steering wheel

I have scratched the silver decal in the middle of my MOMO steering wheel on my 2001 Impreza.
It's basically the silver surround that encompasses the plastic centre section on the steering wheel, with the MOMO Logo on.
Does anybody know if you can purchase this part separately, or have any advice about removing the scratch ??.
