STI Version 2. Running a GEM ECU, nice and tourqey at 311lbs/ft.


What is it? Whats one worth? Anyone got any pics?

What should i be lookin for if i buy one??

Any help greatly appriciated.

sti v2 was a limited production run usually 500 to 1000 stronger engines gearboxes suspension GEMS is the engine management system that the rally scoobs use It can be mapped to your own preference and can give you extra stuff like anti lag and launch control A full GEMS unit will cost about 1500 ponies Very nice piece of kit I would sell my mama just to obtain this gucci item

It will be quite quick with that much torque- the STi2's weren't slow as standard.

What other bits has it got on it? Inlikely it only has the ECU but this can have a bearing on the value.

As far as value- somewhere between seven and eight K

here are some photos of my (ex) STi2 type RA- the normal STi will have body coloured mirrors and door handles as the external clues. The other differences are well documented, but basically mine is a lightened version of the STi2 you have posted about.

Thank you guys, thats a great help.

Not got anymore info yet, still waiting for the bloke to get back to me.

I'll keep you informed, i may need some more help if i go have a look at it.
