Question

OK guys - help required.

I am looking to trade in my wife's UK MY99 silver Scoob saloon for a UK STI. What price am I looking at as a trade in?

The car is in good condition (not A1), 70K miles, FSH, no mods other than Alpine ICE.

Your thoughts would be very much appreciated.

tiggers.

Tiggers what are you thinking? Sell it privately, you will get nothing but peanuts at trade in.

Don't do it, take your time and get thousands more.....or I will buy it for trade in value and take my time .

7 Foot,

Good idea, but there is a problem. The car has just been professionally accident repaired and although the accident was relatively minor and the repair seems very good I wouldn't want someone to buy it only to have problems arise in a couple of months time due to something that was missed.

If I trade it in then whoever buys it should at least get some sort of trader warranty. Too honest I guess!!

Regards,

tiggers.
