I have an imported 1995 WRX and the heater has a mind of its own. I am constantly having to adjust the dial in order to get a regulated temperature. The only time it is constant is when its on full cold. Also can anybody give me details of someone in north London that could look at the car and also service it as its an import.

The heater is supposed to have a mind of it's own.

Turn the fan switch from auto, if you leave it on auto the climate control sensor will constantly vary heater input to maintain the selected temperature on the heat range switch.

Mike.
