Can someone tell me why both heads of my 1999 Impreza turbo have cracked after 50K. The engines putting out 253bhp with a prodrive performance pack, de-cat downpipe & K&N flat panel filter.
The crack was from the spark plug hole to the inlet valve.
Even though the car was a year out of warrenty Subaru have now agreed to provide 2 heads, springs, valves & all parts FOC.
Apparently they are providing WRX heads.
Does that mean they will last longer?
